Emergency Spill Response

M. L. Chartier, Inc. recognizes the commitment we make to our clients when asked to provide emergency response services, and maintains a WATTS line (1-888-334-8373) and 24 hour answering service to enable prompt response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When calls are received after normal working hours, the Emergency Response Supervisor on call will notify all required personnel for mobilization within 45 minutes. Once the crew is assembled and arrives on site, the Emergency Response Supervisor evaluates the scene, develops a site safety plan, site work plan, and briefs all personnel on the required work tasks, in cooperation with the client and local police and fire departments. All company vehicles are equipped with two-way radios, and all of our key personnel travel with mobile telephones and pagers. These various lines of communication enable us to provide the most efficient and effective response to emergencies within our area of coverage.
